R.A.P Fit is a movement in conjunction with NFL Play 60 for an Active and Healthy Generation, encouraging kids to play for 60 minutes every day in order to tackle childhood obesity. Through the R.A.P fitness after school program we mentor students and show them how to stay in shape by playing games, working out, teamwork development and eating healthy. Through our partnership with the NFL Retired Players Association, we have former NFL players and community volunteers come to talk about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and staying active.

In conjunction with R.A.P Fit we have annual fitness, soccer, football, and baseball camps. Call or email for upcoming dates.......
